Membership

All joiners are welcome to participate in the monthly membership program to access additional benefits! 

Overview

• Duration: Membership benefits are for 2 months and last until the final day of the second calendar month (e.g. Sept/Oct's membership period will last until Oct 31)

• Availability: Members can join at any time and will be able to access the benefits after payment

• Commitment: No commitment beyond the current month, no automatic renewal

• Price per month: $6.50 CAD

1) Early Access

• Members will have early access to one (1) In Stock Sale OR Special Order Sale each month. Items from the sale will vary and can include rare or limited quantity items and extras from previous group orders.

• Members will be notified of the sale date by e-mail and items will be available to all members on a first come, first served basis.

2) Admin Support

• Members that receive a Second Payment Confirmation e-mail during the month can request a list of the items included in their package to assist with their own tracking.

• Members can also request their order history in a spreadsheet format for their own records.

3) Freebie Market

• Members can claim a maximum of two (2) freebies each month at no extra cost. 

  • Examples of freebies: CQL (official cards, postcards, charms), SHL (official and fanmade cards/postcards), TGCF (official paper bookmarks)

• Full-sized items will sometimes be available for free and members can claim them for the cost of shipping

4) Personal Order

Members can request one (1) Personal Order per month for a maximum of two (2) unique items from a seller located in Mainland China. I will first assess if the order is possible before taking it, and a handling fee will be charged based on the complexity of the order ($9 CAD for simple orders, $19 CAD for complex orders). After the initial assessment, members will be notified and they can choose whether or not to go through with the order.

• After you've sent your payment, please reply to your automated confirmation e-mail by e-mailing info.shandian@gmail.com to request the password.
